1. Order Processing Timeline

All successfully submitted orders on our platform will enter our in-house fulfillment workflow immediately after payment confirmation. Our standard order processing window is 1 to 3 full business days, excluding weekends and officially recognized Canadian public holidays. Any order placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will be queued for processing on the next following business day.
For orders placed during our “Fresh kitchen gear live” exclusive flash sale events, there may be a maximum 2 additional business days of extended processing time, as our team prioritizes carefully packing every bakeware item to ensure no damage occurs during transit. All custom engraved or customized kitchen tool orders will also have a 4 business day processing window to accommodate personalization work before shipment. Once your order is dispatched from our Pickering facility, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email sent to your registered email address, with a unique tracking link that lets you monitor your parcel’s full delivery progress in real time.

2. Supported Delivery Regions

As a Pickering, Ontario-based home baking gear brand, our primary delivery coverage areas and corresponding rules are as follows:

• ‌Domestic Canadian Deliveries‌: We currently provide full door-to-door delivery service to all 10 provinces and 3 territories across Canada, with no restricted regions except for extremely remote northern locations that are not reachable by our contracted local courier network. If your delivery address is flagged as a remote location after order submission, our support team will contact you within 1 business day to confirm the applicable small remote area surcharge before proceeding with shipment.
• ‌United States Deliveries‌: We support delivery to all contiguous US states, Alaska, and Hawaii, excluding unincorporated US territories. We strictly do not ship to P.O. Box addresses in the US to avoid failed delivery incidents.
• We do not currently offer international shipping services to regions outside of Canada and the United States, as of the effective date of this policy. 3. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Terms

Our shipping fee calculation rules are designed to be straightforward, with no hidden surcharges added at checkout:

• For all orders shipped within Canada under CA$75,weapplyaflatstandardshippingfeeofCA$75,weapplyaflatstandardshippingfeeofCA6.99, which covers all regular last-mile delivery costs.
• Every domestic Canadian order with a pre-tax total value that meets or exceeds CA$75 automatically qualifies for our free standard shipping offer, no minimum purchase quantity requirement attached.
• For all orders shipped to locations within the contiguous United States under USD$60,wechargeaflatstandardshippingfeeofUSD$60,wechargeaflatstandardshippingfeeofUSD9.99. All US orders with a pre-tax total over USD$60 qualify for complimentary free standard shipping.
• Expedited express shipping options are available for customers who need their bakeware urgently. The exact rate for expedited service will be automatically calculated and displayed to you at checkout, based on your specific delivery address, and the expedited parcels will be prioritized in our processing queue to shorten preparation time. All applicable tariff and import duty fees for US-bound parcels are fully included in your checkout shipping fee, you will not need to pay any extra charges upon parcel delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

The total time you will wait to receive your order is the sum of our order processing time plus the courier’s in-transit delivery window:

• Standard shipping orders sent to destinations within Ontario typically arrive 2 to 4 business days after the order ships out from our 1084 Salk Rd #6, Pickering, ON L1W 4B6 facility.
• Standard shipping orders to other Canadian provinces outside of Ontario will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
• Standard shipping orders sent to contiguous US addresses have an estimated delivery window of 7 to 12 business days, after the parcel passes cross-border customs clearance.
• If you select our expedited shipping option, all expedited parcels will reach your designated address within 2 to 5 business days after shipment dispatch.
  Please note that unexpected delays caused by extreme weather events, public health emergencies, or courier operational disruptions outside of our reasonable control may extend the estimated delivery timeline. Our team will actively notify you and provide support updates if any such unforeseen delay impacts your order.

5. Customs, Inspection and Special Notes

In full alignment with 2026 Canadian personal mailing regulatory requirements, we ensure all parcels shipped from our facility have complete, accurate item description, value labeling, and full compliant customs declaration information to avoid unnecessary customs hold incidents. We do not carry any restricted items including powdered white flour products, unapproved high-risk liquid baking additives, or items that violate Canadian border service regulations, so our customers will not face unexpected customs penalties for standard bakeware orders.
